Due South Goes Green!

Due South has converted to 100% compostable packaging for all eat-in meals... that means compostable paper, bowls, forks, knives, cups, lids, straws, napkins. Thanks to all the customers that sorted their trash during this transition. Now EVERYTHING goes in the can by the door and it all goes to PME Composting in Riner, VA, where in about a year it's becomes a valuable soil ammendment. We're paying a premium for this new packaging and for compost pickup because we think it's the right thing to do. You won't notice the change, but know that your waste isn't taking up space in our local landfills.

Show 'em your a Local Yokel

New souvenir Due South cups available. These hot/cold cups are made in the USA, and are going fast at only $2.99 a piece. Carry them at at home, work, in the car, wherever you want everybody to know your a Local Yokel. Oh yeah, when these are wore out, toss them in your compost pile... they're 100% compostable.

Introducing Due South's Beef Brisket - You've asked for it for over a year and now its here. Tender, juicy and flavorful... We've heard from some Texas natives that it's right up there with what they get when they're back home. To go with our brisket we've also introduced a new bbq sauce, Sweet Brown Sauce. A little thicker, darker, sweeter than our other sauces - made to go with brisket and just as good on pork and chicken. Brisket available on Friday afternoon through Saturday.

Now Serving Smoked Chicken Wings - get them with our new Due South Wing sauce and spice up your dinner, or try them with our usual sauces for a new treat.

Breakfast is served - Friday, Saturday, Sunday until 2pm. Applewood smoked bacon, smoked ham, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy and the only smoked taters you'll find in southwest Virginia.
